About

Home and Heart was founded by Sarah Naylor in 2019 with the purpose of bringing together the community of McLendon-Chisholm and Rockwall County. We look for opportunities to bring together residents and help causes that need it most.

We collect donations monthly for other charities and nonprofit organizations and deliver food to our first responders each week. Home and Heart also created and hosts the H&H Egg Drop and Heroes’ Day each year.
