Mark your calendars for the Home & Heart Egg Drop! We cannot wait for the 3rd annual Egg Drop. Come to this free, community event at Tate Farms and enjoy 1000s of stuffed eggs, a balloon artist, a mechanical bull, food trucks, the Easter Bunny, and of course the helicopter dropping eggs from the sky!!

Doubles Pickleball Tournament

M-C Egg Drop 2023
Get ready for the excitement of a helicopter dropping eggs for the kids to go collect! We’ll have the mechanical bull again and face painting as well as more surprises for you and your kids. Two food trucks (Joe’s Backyard Barbecue and Lil Red’s). Mark this date on your calendar.
Battle of the Badges Pickleball Tournament
Calling all pickleball players! Join us on Saturday, March 18th, for a pickleball tournament to raise funds for first responders and their families. We’ll have a food truck, live music, face painting, and an open format, round-robin draw open to the public. The event will end with an epic “battle of the badges” on Championship Court at 4:30pm.
Sign up to register for the open format, round-robin draw here. All proceeds will go towards a scholarship fund for families of first responders.
Heroes' Day
Heroes’ Day was birthed out of a desire to recognize the first responders in our community. Through this event, we want to honor these individuals and show them our support and appreciation. This year’s event will include a half marathon, fitness challenge, bounce houses, and so much more! Register for the activities and see more information at www.theheroesday.com.
August Pack the Porch
Help us support One Man’s Treasure and the work they’re doing for men recently released from prison. The donations we collect will help these men as they start life anew and begin searching for jobs.

They are taking donations of men's shirts, including polos, button-ups, & T-shirts, shoes/work boots (no steel toe), and jeans. They are in desperate need of men's jeans sizes: 30x30, 30x32, 34x30, 34x32, 40x32, 40x34.
Please bring them to the Home and Heart office at 1313 S. State Hwy 205, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032.
